Plus the staff is very professional and helpful in determining the best dumpster size for the project I was working on. They delivered on-time and picked up when I was ready. I would use them again in the future!

From the lady on the phone to the driver that dropped off the dumpster. I even went over on my weight a little bit and the lady called me to say she was not going to over charge me!!!!! Definately recommend! We had to remove a ton (maybe more) of concrete debris and trash left by the previous owner of our property. I called around to get estimates for dumpsters etc. and by far Waste Removal and Recycling was the most helpful, professional, and customer oriented company that I contacted. We needed a dumpster for a remodel project at our house. This is the first time I've ever ordered a dumpster like this, and I would use and recommend Waste Removal & Recycling for any and everyone. They were available when I needed them, showed up on time, and picked up on time. I mainly worked with Christine who was absolutely wonderful to coordinate with. Was able to talk to a person right away instead of a machine. Cheerfully took my order, told me my options, and had the bin out the next day at the time promised. Communicated well. Very responsive.
