You can dispose of most general household junk, construction debris, yard waste, furniture, roofing shingles, drywall, wood, and other non-hazardous cleanup materials in our dumpsters.

Appliances, TVs, computers, and tires may be accepted for an additional fee. Dirt, concrete, rock, and other heavy materials must go in a separate dumpster designed for heavy material hauling.

Hazardous materials are not allowed in our dumpsters. This includes paint, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, propane bottles, tanks, sharps, liquids, fluorescent light fixtures, ballasts, antifreeze, oil, and other regulated materials.

We offer 10 yard, 20 yard, and 40 yard roll-off dumpsters for residential cleanouts, construction debris, roofing projects, demolition jobs, and large cleanup projects.

We also offer 10 yard lowboy dumpsters for heavy materials such as dirt, concrete, rock, and asphalt.

All of our dumpsters are about 8 feet wide, but the length depends on the size. Our smallest dumpsters are about 12 feet long, while our largest dumpsters can be up to 24 feet long.

You’ll also need extra space for the truck to safely deliver and pick up the dumpster. We recommend about 4 feet behind the dumpster for the doors, 20 to 30 feet in front for the truck, and about 20 feet of overhead clearance.

Our standard dumpster rental period is 7 days. If you need the dumpster longer, let us know and we can usually arrange an extension for a small additional fee.

If the dumpster is placed entirely on private property, such as a driveway, parking lot, or job site, a permit is typically not required.

If the dumpster needs to be placed on a public street or public right-of-way, a permit may be required by your local city or municipality. We can help guide you through the process.

Dumpsters should be placed on a hard, flat surface such as a driveway, parking lot, or paved area. We do not recommend placing dumpsters on grass, dirt, or soft ground because the weight may cause sinking or surface damage.

Make sure the area is clear of vehicles, low tree branches, power lines, roof overhangs, and other obstructions before delivery.

You do not need to be present for delivery as long as we have clear placement instructions and the area is accessible.

If our driver or dispatcher has any questions on delivery day, we may give you a call to confirm placement or access.

Debris must stay level with or below the top edge of the dumpster. This is known as the fill line.

For safety and transportation regulations, overloaded dumpsters cannot be hauled. If material is above the fill line, some items may need to be removed before pickup.

Trash dumpsters include a certain amount of weight in the rental price. If your load exceeds the included weight limit, an overage fee will be charged based on the additional weight.

Other material types, such as Certified C&D, dirt, concrete, and heavy materials, may be billed as haul plus disposal.
