From the lady on the phone to the driver that dropped off the dumpster. I even went over on my weight a little bit and the lady called me to say she was not going to over charge me!!!!! Definately recommend! We had to remove a ton (maybe more) of concrete debris and trash left by the previous owner of our property. I called around to get estimates for dumpsters etc. and by far Waste Removal and Recycling was the most helpful, professional, and customer oriented company that I contacted.
